Privacy Policy

This text explains which personal data we process at Vendoor Digital (“Vendoor Digital”, “we”) when you contact us, and which rights you have. We comply with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

Vendoor Digital is a brand operated by Esto Life LLC; the data controller is Esto Life LLC. The Vendoor Digital team is reachable at info@vendoor.digital. Please direct all questions regarding data processing exclusively to this address.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect data when you fill out our request form:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name, number of employees, position
  • Description of your needs and selected service areas

We do not use cookies, analytics tools or third-party trackers on our website. Automatically captured data such as IP addresses is not collected outside the form.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data solely to respond to your request and to hold a consultation with you. The legal basis is your explicit consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and KVKK Art. 5(1).

Marketing, sharing with third parties or any use for unrelated purposes does not take place.

4. Retention Period

We actively store your data until your request is concluded. The data is deleted or anonymized no later than 24 months after the consultation. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see §6).

5. Transfers to Third Parties

When the form is submitted, your data is transmitted to our team mailboxes via the email delivery service Resend Inc. (based in the USA). Resend acts as a data processor in this process, and the transfer is safeguarded by the Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR Art. 46.

Beyond this, your data is not shared with third parties.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and KVKK Art. 11 you have the following rights:

  • Access to the data we hold about you
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • Restriction of or objection to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdrawal of your explicit consent

If we update this text, we will publish the new version on this page. The effective date and version number are shown above.
